Brain Therapy

An empty classroom
calmly awaits in silence
for me to arrive.

Soon I will enter,
disturbing the placid calm,
awaking the mind.

My brain neurons fired,
I postpone further decline
or find renewal.

With that kind of awakening, you really are refreshed!
Peace,

Muff and Karen, I attend a Great Books discussion class every Friday and I credit it with helping my brain stay vital.
